USD5 trillion dream: Decriminalising agri-jurisprudence should be on top of Modi’s reforms agenda

The importance of the agriculture sector in the country’s ambitious journey to become a USD5 trillion economy has been acknowledged by the prime minister himself. But for India to reach there, the sector needs to be secured by policies and laws that reinforce an inclusive and enabling environment.
