The unprecedented disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has presented a range of challenges for various businesses. The scale and the simultaneous nature of these disruptions have meant that organisations had to plan, implement, and adapt in real time as the situation unfolded. This crisis holds immense and evolving lessons for everybody. The recovery, post this pandemic, will neither
pause to make the required adjustments as they move towards their goals and see the current circumstances as an opportunity. The importance of lean and fast-moving cross-functional teams which can simultaneously handle both continuity and disruption was part of our preparation which stood us in good stead.
