Price cap on US stents may stay to keep healthcare affordable. But can India fill the research gap?

Amid strong demands to lift the blanket price cap on stents and create room for innovation and research, the government is doing a balancing act on access and affordability with only a few having access to modern technology and fewer being able to afford it.
