Instagram unlikes ‘Like’. Will the Facebook-owned app’s gamble to boost user engagement pay off?

Instagram has pulled the plug on the ‘like’ option to ease pressure on users and encourage them to post more content. The photo-sharing app owned by social-media giant Facebook thinks the move will help it grow user engagement, but there is no clarity on whether this feature will be pulled off from other markets including India.
