Before TRAI takes a call on compliance, Net neutrality needs a reality check, more so with 5G coming in

Heavy-handed blanket implementation of Net neutrality may not work for India. Not only will implementation and compliance present a maze of issues, the upcoming 5G era may ultimately render the regulations meaningless.
